Senator Samra G. Brouk Secures Capital Grant Funds For New Vehicle Extrication Equipment

Senator Samra G. Brouk visited the Webster Volunteer Fire Department on Friday and met with local emergency service leaders. Senator Brouk was announcing a push for more funding for local emergency first responders and announced a capital grant for the North East Joint Fire District. Senator Brouk recently secured a $120,000 capital grant for the NEJFD/Webster Volunteer Fire Department to procure 3rd generation Hurst extrication equipment to replace the District’s aging extrication equipment inventory.
