Shortly before 0830 Hrs. on Wednesday, March 18, the Webster Volunteer Fire Department responded to River Birch Lane in Penfield for the reported truck fire. While in route units received multiple updates for a large amount of smoke in the area and for a truck on fire close to a house. Command arrived and reported a truck fully engulfed. E104 and E102 responded and the fire was extinguished without incident. The fire is being investigated by the Monroe County Fire Bureau.
